There are few great digital designers in this world, and I'm certainly not one of them. However, good designers can be great in the eyes of those who pay them. All the designer needs to do is listen carefully, take criticism in stride, and be prepared to start all over from scratch. That's not to say the customer is always right, but collaborating can show customer what right looks like.
